Virginia Becomes First Southern State To Legalize Marijuana | NBC News NOW

Virginia became the first southern state to legalize cannabis after passing a bill that allows adults to carry small amounts and grow up to four plants at home. The law that comes into effect in July still prohibits public use of marijuana.
